Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:
The item received is damaged, defective, or broken
You received the wrong product
The product is unused and in its original packaging
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or washed products
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
Customized or special-order items
Products without original packaging
3. Damaged or Broken Items
If your crockery or utensils arrive damaged:
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
Share clear photos/videos of:
The damaged item
Packaging
Order details
After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible
Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet
5. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for eligible products subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Return Shipping
If the mistake or damage is from our side, Sadiq Stores will bear the return shipping cost.
For other return reasons, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted
